The Western Regional Team Tournament serves as a warmup to the USTA Tennis on Campus Eastern Championship that takes place February 25-26 in Syracuse. By winning this event, the Syracuse #1 team will receive a $250 stipend from the Western Region to put toward their participation in Sectionals. Syracuse #1 team members include: Team Captain Jake Doue, Nate Simon, Devin Rivard, Allison Haynes, Brian Sloan, and Ryan Mccoey.

The USTA’s Tennis On Campus program is designed to provide college students with opportunities for team camaraderie, social networking, and rivaled competition through tennis without the rigors of a varsity program. Tennis On Campus offers co-ed team-based play and helps students maintain active and healthy lifestyles through their college years.
